Jevon Honey, Service Manager, is an accomplished and dedicated service manager with 13 years of experience co-ordinating operational and financial activities. Having a track record of working closely with commercial departments, sales, and marketing to augment and support the effective delivery of products and solutions. Strong team orientation and desire for customer satisfaction and advocacy.
Jevon has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Biophysics/Instrument Science) from Swinburne Institute of Technology, a Certificate III in Managing a Safe Work Environment, and Certificates IV in Assessment & Workplace Training and also Frontline Management.
Jevon worked as a Biomedical Engineer for a few years with a private Biomedical Engineering company, before joining Drager Medical as a Field Service Engineer in 1995. He worked his way up from Technical Support Specialist to Regional Service Manager, and ultimately to National Operations Service Manager in 2010. A position he held for 10 years, before shifting industries and then joining Biomedical Solutions in 2022.
Jevon is responsible for the day-to-day technical operations.
