Customer Portal Features

Our customer portal allows you to access detailed information across the following modules for your account:

  1. Quotes: Outstanding or Actioned
  2. Jobs: In various stages i.e. Pending, Progress, Complete, Invoiced or Archived with a coloured icon showing status e.g. “In Progress”, “Follow-up Required” or “Waiting Parts”, with NATA endorsed test reports permanently stored and accessible from our scheduled routine jobs in soft copy.
  3. Invoices: Paid or Unpaid
  4. Assets: Full asset lists including acceptance and maintenance history, detailed test results and identification of calibrated test equipment used, as required by AS/NZS3551 standards.

A “Request for Quote” or “Book a Job” icon allows easy initiation of such requests – we are immediately alerted via email after such requests are lodged.

Circular work-flow means data and information is entered once by our engineers into our smartphones/tablets and thus immediately transferred from quote, to job, to invoice as a natural progression occurs and uploaded over the mobile data network at the conclusion of any service at your site.

A suite of reports are also available for you to peruse, including “Programmed Preventative Maintenance”, “Defect” and “Monthly” reports, and all lists can be exported to CSV/Excel format for your convenience.
